Maple and Mustard Ribs

Yummy!

A delicious Sunday night dinner.

approximately 2 1/2 lbs Country Ribs
1 medium onion – halved then sliced approx. 1/4″ thick.
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
1 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
salt and pepper
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon corn starch

Place first 5 ingredients to slow cooker.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in slow cooker on high for 6-8 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
Spoon corn starch into water and stir, then pour into crock pot, stir well, and let cook for 10-15 more minutes.

Serve over white rice, or with favorite rice side.
